What LightBurn is (and is not)
LightBurn is commercial CAM/control software for many CO₂ and diode lasers. You import artwork (SVG, DXF, AI, PDF, and more), assign cut/engrave layers, preview toolpaths, then send jobs to a supported controller.
Important: It is not a free cracked tool. Always buy or trial from the vendor — random “full version” downloads are a malware risk and void support.

File formats that play nicely
For hangers, ornaments, and jewelry jigs, SVG and DXF are the safest exchange formats. Avoid flattened raster-only artwork when you need crisp cut paths. If a design includes nested parts, group carefully so construction lines are not treated as cuts.
